A graduate of Albany Law School, Ron served as Executive Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology where he was also a member of the Albany Law School Trial Team; winner of the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials Competition; winner of the Judge Merle Nahum Fogg, Jr. ’45 Moot Court Prize; inducted into the honor society of the Order of Barristers , recipient of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association Award, and his note entitled “Shocking the Second Amendment: Invalidating State Prohibitions on Taser with the District of Columbia v. Heller,” 20 ALB. L.J. SCI. & TECH. 159 (2010) was published and cited in an amicus brief for U.S. Circuit Court matters.
