Alexia McWhinney the Chief Operating Officer for JJ Law where she leads the firm’s estate planning and probate practice and serves as lead business counsel for clients across various industries. Before joining the firm, Alexia served as managing attorney at the McWhinney Law Firm for 5 years and as Legal Counsel at Shell for 3 years. While at Shell, Alexia supported the company’s trading group as a member of the legal team for Shell Oil Products US and gained valuable experience as a member of Shell’s Global Litigation group. She graduated with highest honors from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, received her MBA from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and attended the University of Oklahoma where she received her BBA from Price College of Business.
