Lindsey Simmons was born in Birmingham, Alabama. She was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2005 and is admitted to all state and federal trial courts in Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama (B.A., English/Public Relations, 2001) and from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (J.D., 2004). For her skills, Lindsey was selected by other lawyers as a “Top Lawyer” in 2012, 2015, and 2016 as published by Birmingham magazine, a “Top Lawyer” by B-Metro magazine in 2016, and a “Top Woman Lawyer” by B-Metro magazine in 2016 as well. Lindsey was also chosen as a “Rising Star” in a 2015 special edition of the Birmingham Business Journal. Lindsey also received an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review, which is a significant accomplishment and testament to the fact that her peers rank her at the highest level of professional excellence.
