About Reasonover Law Firm
For a 49-year-old female who experienced a slip and fall injury at her place of work. The building where the client worked was under construction and the construction company (third party) was negligent in laying boards in front of the access door, which caused client to fall. The client sustained right hip and right foot injuries which required surgery as a result of the fall. With our assistance, the client was able to assert and fight for two (2) causes of action: a personal injury case against the construction company and a workers’ compensation claim against her employer.
