Daniel next accepted an associate position at a national defense firm primarily handling the defense of personal injury cases on behalf of insurance companies. This experience provided him with valuable insight regarding the insurance companies’ perspective when defending negligence claims. Subsequently, Daniel accepted a position at a boutique law firm in South Florida providing a wide range of specialized litigation services for individuals and corporate entities. Daniel was personally involved in representing clients in various types of cases including wrongful death, products liability, general negligence, contractual disputes, first party insurance claims, homeowner claims and disability claims. Daniel was ultimately made a partner at this firm and continued to represent clients in various cases, jury trials and appeals in the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal of Florida.
