In 2020, Brad co-founded an organization called Justice HQ, Inc. , a membership organization that gives small and solo consumer litigation and trial lawyers the tools to succeed as if they were “big law” firms. Brad is an active member of the American Association for Justice ( AAJ ), the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association ( OCTLA ), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles ( CAALA ), and Consumer Attorneys of California ( CAOC ). He is admitted to practice law in all California State Courts, and all California District Courts. In 2016, Brad was honored to be invited and sworn into the Nation’s highest court, the United States Supreme Court.
