A. James Tsangeos earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Walsh College in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 1985. Mr. Tsangeos was a staff attorney with the Stark County Public Defender from 1985 - 1986. From 1986-1991, Mr. Tsangeos practiced with the firm of Swan, Kodak & Tsangeos. From 1991-1993, Mr. Tsangeos was a member of Kaschak & Poulos Co., LPA. From 2000 through 2017, Mr. Tsangeos was a partner and lead trial counsel for Lonas, McGonegal, Tsangeos & Struhar. In 2018, Mr. Tsangeos formed his own practice known as “A. James Tsangeos, Attorney at Law, LLC.” Mr. Tsangeos has litigated and tried cases in a wide geographic area covering twenty-four (24) counties, as well as numerous Courts of Appeal in Ohio. Also, Mr. Tsangeos has argued before the Industrial Commission in multiple districts throughout Ohio.
